If it is a broken arm, it doesn't matter if your suit's seals broke or not, the injury itself could cause some rather nasty things like inflammation. Also, if it's broken, we should make sure how it broke. If it's a clean break, it's not that tragical. If it actually shattered in some places, that could be pretty serious.
