Yeah, and I bet Mr. Hong has a bottle the size of Dwick's ass labeled "salarian tears" and takes a healthy swig from it every night before going to bed.

Out of curiosity, I plexed images of their shedding process.

Amused: This is the animal that Ms. Wilde has mounted on her wall, I believe. Jocular: The diminutive young human woman shoots and mounts it, the krogan pirate is charmed by it. Drily, rhetorical: Are we surprised, given this forum?

grvashk eat lizard. moose much bigger than grvashk. do moose eat big lizard like earth alligator?

No, the moose while mighty is a plant eater.

However I have discovered in my journey through the animal focused extranet, many plants eaters will eat meat if they just find it lying around. So who is to say?

Although, moose require a climate far colder than most reptiles will tolerate. At least earther ones. So a moose stumbling upon a alligator carcass is unlikely.

Unless a group of scientists were to lay one out to see what may happen.

TEETH wrote: 25 Aug 2021, 20:30 Of those that are left, the biggest is from a continent called north america. It is called the alaskan moose. It is very large. A male can be almost 7 feet tall.
I imagine that might be somewhat underwhelming for a krogan. But I would enjoy seeing a baby moose, I think.
TEETH wrote: 25 Aug 2021, 20:30 This has led to what I think is called a cryptid or urban legend of a 'mega moose' that dwarfs even the alaska moose. It is said to be able to take on a mako and flip it. It is also said to be 20 feet tall. I do not know if the mega moose is as they say on the loose, but it would be very impressive.
Okay, so new idea. Armax's group finds and captures a mega moose and transports it to Omega to attack the sniper.

This raises an interesting question.

Humans: what is the apex predator on your planet? Is this 'Megamoose' a candidate?

I’m pretty sure humans are the apex predator on Earth. I mean, I’m pretty sure that historically they’ve managed to hunt entire species to extinction, and that seems a lot like the behaviour of an apex predator to me.

Actually, the definition of an apex predator has to do with their top position on the food chain and their trophic levels. Meaning how vast their food web expands.

A simple example of a food web would begin with plants which are fed on by herbivores, and the herbivores are hunted by a carnivore, and then that carnivore is hunted by another superior carnivore which has no natural predators of its own.

Sort of like in this thread how TEETH explained about the moose eating aquatic plants. And then the fact shared about the giant aquatic mammal being a predator of the moose. I did a search on this "killer whale" and they don't appear to be a staple in a human's diet. A further dive showed me there is a history of humans hunting these whale species for their oil (??????) but it has to do with commerce.

I discovered another animal called the great white shark and I thought it was an apex predator. But this killer whale also feeds on them.

TAKE THAT, FISH!

I won't argue about the history of humans hunting things to extinction, but it's not the definition of an actual apex predator. There is a 1/10 success rate per hunt for most apex predators on my home-world. It's not about how much one can kill, it's how vast their menu is.
