With an barely audible grunt, Kaal stepped back, acknowledging that Liria most probably had the right idea here. His approach usually employed more screaming. That's what he was here for. Ishora was mostly useless in the corner, so he had to take over for her. At least for now. He shrugged and made a gentle gesture towards Liria, who seemingly had the Elcors attention. Seems he wanted her to proceed while he kept silent.

Meanwhile, in the room just outside, Aleena and Agrillus were watching the events unfold. The asari was pacing up and down the room, cigarette in hand and frankly anxious at the entire situation. Liria's questioning brought up something in her mind, so she pushed a small button that linked directly to her comm unit, whispering.

"Operation Coldheart, despite our best efforts, wasn't able to bring any close agents of his into the spotlight. Maybe a deadman switch rigged to release the data remotely on confirmation of his death perhaps, VI controlled?".

She let go of the button and hoped Liria could make sense of the info.

"Oh, we'll get to the questions in just a minute. I'm guessing you've maybe got a VI set up to deal with something like that. Probably encrypted and access restricted, so people can't go behind your back and stage a coup, and probably configured to trigger in the event of your death. That way you're the one holding all of the cards. You're the one with all of the power."

Liria moved closer, standing right in front of him, and gently ran the back of her fingers down the side of his face - or rather, what passed as the face on an elcor. But the contact only lasted for a second before she took a few steps back.

"But look where all that power has gotten you. Here you are, cut off in a cell. Nobody is coming to save you. Nobody is coming to rescue you."

Much like the first time they'd spoken, her body started to glow. It started with her eyes, irises lighting up with a pale blue as the air around her started to distort. Her clothing started to ripple as to took a step back towards him, a pale blue corona forming around her. In her mind, it was a far more effective way of threatening someone without needing to lay a finger on anyone. It was a demonstration of power, of control. Two things the elcor lacked.

"For the first time in your life, you're at someone else's mercy. You crave control, but now you have none. And the thought of that terrifies you."

"If you are wanting to hold off on questions, then I will hold off on answering, until you tell me, how long it has been."

As Hamno kept talking, Ishora turned to leave the room, disengaging the shields for a moment before stepping out, and re-activating them.

"Curious: Although, you still smell enough like that place, and I'm not particularly hungry. Which will likely mean a few hours... Patronizingly: Your words are not helping you. You have watched too many holovid action shows- Do not lead with aggression, and no path out. If I will be dead, I have no reason to tell you anything. Sarcastic follow-up: Oh yes, I do actually. Blunt Observation: You seem very interested in the files I have on those Black Nova people. What are you? Some of their abolitionist friends who caught word of them belonging to me now? Angry at their betrayal of your cause, leaving all those worthless little cretins to be put in their proper place?"

_____________________________

Opening the door to the observation room Aleena and Agrilus were in, Ishora stood in the door frame. "High Commander. With your permission- I just need to grab the data pad on your left there- I'd like to leave the interview and see to getting things ready for PR, should this go sideways, keeping in touch with you over a secure connection."

"It misunderstands. It seems to confuse curiosity with personal interest. It was the one to bring that organization up, not us. But we have to thank it for the information. Yet..", Kaal threw in, watching as the other asari left the interrogation room, shaking his head at it while also ignoring Hamno's repeated demand for the passed time since the raid.

"Its words are full of faked bravery. Is it truly ready to die for those who in turn have forsaken it? And what makes it think we were planning to kill it in the first place?", the quarian said, circling the Elcor once more.

"Think. If we wanted it dead, it would be dead already, thrown into some ditch for vermin to feed upon.", a slight wave of his hand, a short pause, "Yet here we are, living and breathing for now." He stopped a few feet from Hamnos face, his hand gently caressing his knife.

"As I've said before, there are people very unhappy with its choices. So let us play. There are ways to remedy the situation, for both sides. It wants out of here alive, no fruitless and pathetic boasting will change the fear I can see in its eyes. So start at the beginning. What were its plans regarding the future of Gentarkoo in combination with this volatile mess it calls Black Nova. How does the Blood Pack factor into it? The lack of internal communications with its fellows?"

-------------------

As Ishora stepped into the observation room, Aleena's eyes narrowed instantly, a face of anger on her eyes as the young asari simply left the room, potentially giving away more information to the Elcor then they intended, be it through smell or the fact they could have had a loud debate just as the doors opened. Waiting until the door was sealed once again and the shields back online, the older asari almost hissed at the agent, barely contained anger in her voice.

"Go, take it and get out. After this is done we're going to have a talk.", she stated, grabbed the datapad and handed it to Ishora. Agrillus felt increasingly uncomfortable in his chair, as he watched the both of them.

"Intrigued: If a deal is what you seek, that can happen, for the right price."

As he spoke, Hamno kept an eye on the knife Kaal was holding.

"Revulsion: I have no plans for Black Nova. They are a useful contact for making further inroads on Illium, but beyond looking good to the Asari there? Smugly: I am having them leave me alone. Their raids were nuisance enough, but especially when we were transferring our stock to Illium, I could not have them interfere."

Feeling satisfied with his own answer, his gaze shifted focus back to Liria.

"You know what I want, for any further answers."

Liria chuckled as the biotic glow around her slowly faded into nothingness. She’d noticed Ishora leaving, but ignored it for the moment.

”Oh, but you’ve already told us so much. Surely it can’t hurt to tell us a bit more.”

She looked right into the elcor’s eyes as she turned slightly.

”Particularly seeing as you’ve just admitted moving slaves - proper slaves - onto Illium. Now, just imagine what might happen if that little bit of information was to get out. After all, there are so many legitimate indentured servitude operations on Illium, and I imagine they’d all love to know that.”

The grin on her lips got a bit wider.

”I wonder, should we put that little theory to the test?”

Even if an elcor weren't watching, the look in Hamno's eyes seemed to be one of clear glee.

"Riotous laughter: You are an imbecile. We never kept that a secret, doing so would be entirely and ridiculously impractical."

"Reminiscent: You know I won't be giving up the one token keeping me alive. I hand it over and that buys me at most a few days after I leave wherever it is you have me. Maybe less, you've-" He huffed, indicating to Kaal. "You've already made it very clear the original deal was death, slow or fast. I'd prefer slow- I can bring down a hated enemy along with me, and that's going to do a lot for my disposition. Revenge does that to you, when you take down someone who's caused so much pain in your life, and you get all that back in one little moment. It feels incredible."

"Those Black Nova people do like their revenge."

"The original deal wasn't for your death. It was merely to get it out of the picture so it cannot do more harm to long-term interests then it already has.", the quarian said with an amused tone to his voice, defensively raising his hands ever so slightly.

"However, it has to realize the position it is in. We are tasked to make it vanish one way or another but you piqued our interest with this Black Nova you claim to control. I do wonder why it hates an organization as much as it does while having seemingly no plans for them in the long run.", he said, a questioning tone in his voice.

"Regardless, it has told us enough for now. Made its position clear. It believes the information regarding Black Nova to be its sole bargaining chip. Truth be told, it's not much of a bargain if we don't care about their fate now is it? Its fate has been decided long ago by its peers.", Kaal waited for a moment before he broke out into echoing laughter.

"Now, don't act too surprised. Did it think me using the term 'it' when addressing it was just a weird quirk of mine, a show of disdain? Far from it. You'll live, that I have decided. But not free. It will be broken down, implanted with a chip and sold into slavery as a manual labourer. Or whatever, not for me to say. Some people have weird kinks as it is most likely well aware. Check in with our usual buyers near the Nemean, will ya?", he directed the last part at Liria, hoping she would play along. He raised his hand.

"Unless it can offer us more then its own net worth? I doubt the info on this Black Nova is worth enough, so what else do you have hidden away?", Kaal asked and crossed his arms.

Oh. Oh. So that was what Kaal was going for.

"I'll be sure to. But you know what I think about the chips. They're so... impersonal. Sure, they're quite effective, but they lack finesse."

Liria slowly started to circle the elcor, looking him up and down as she moved, her footfalls silent as she 'examined' him.

"No, I think this one would be best handled with mental conditioning. I've heard rumours that one of our regulars has a specialist who deals with conditioning... unusual acquisitions, so I'll look into that as well."

"But I do agree. With the right conditioning and obedience training, it would be well suited to a wide variety of roles. Perhaps even multiple at the same time, depending on the buyer." Mentally, she was recoiling over her own words. She hated slavery with a passion, and speaking like that was almost making her skin crawl. But she was setting aside her feelings for the moment because it apparently needed to be done. She could hate herself later. "It's in decent physical shape, though some work will need to be done. The supporting muscle groups are lacking the definition you'd normally see from a well-prepared example, so we'll have to correct that, but it's a fairly straightforward fix."

She finished making her way around the elcor and took position next to Kaal, her featureless black uniform in stark contrast to the 'decorations' on the large quarian beside her.

"On second thought, maybe a chip could be used. Trap it inside its own worthless existence, fully aware of where it came from while it spends the rest of its life wishing it was back there."

"Curious: Slavers who know nothing of Black Nova? Truly I must be far away from Omega then, or your small outfit is just very well funded. Prevent me from leaving, and Black Nova simply goes back to raiding your profit margins away, and certainly your lives too, once they find me. This interrogation has been nothing but you prying at my blackmail scheme. You want what I have over them, but I can't hand it over. You are forgetting something however, asari of the raid. You need me, here. With great pomp: My fate is not in my paws this moment, but you hold your own, let us help each other. Now, I will not be answering any further questions until you tell me."

Staring daggers at Liria, he leaned in closer, as much as an elcor could be said to do so.

"No, a control chip without the proper mental preparation doesn't do the trick. It will need to be broken at least to an extend for it to take full control. I've seen people break free of them before, though it is rare. This one seems a bit too stubborn for a simple thing like that.", Kaal answered Liria. He himself didn't enjoy this talk much more then she did but he also took a perverse joy in making others suffer, both physically and mentally so he didn't mind it much either.

"Yes they are a bit impersonal but that's why I would suggest them as a contingency in addition to the regular training. We're not here for petty revenge. We're here to fulfill a contract and make some lovely extra money since we get to decide its final fate. Gotta love open-ended jobs like that!", he said with joy in his voice, then turned back to the Elcor.

"This interrogation as it calls it had a singular purpose. Find out the depths of fuckery. Now we know who it fucked with and for which reasons. Suffice to say I'm not impressed by its lack of foresight. If what it says is true? Handled like an amateur." he said, shaking his head with disappointment.

"However, it continues to demand the time over and over again. Tells me the release of this data is tied to a countdown, probably a generous one for the reasons you gave earlier. Resets when personal files or the VI is accessed I'd bet, maybe linked to its omnitool." he said, more to Liria then to Hamno.

"What do you think? If that's the case remote access via its omnitool would reset the countdown. Any password's cracked easily as is. I know you don't like it when I damage products, but I could just carve the omnitool out of it and we could get on to the lucrative part unless you want to hear its offer."

Liria gave Kaal a look of disapproval, momentarily ignoring the elcor staring at her.

”I don’t like it when you damage the products because it cuts into the profit margins. Although sometimes it is called for, namely when other methods are less effective, and you know that I approve of whatever you think is necessary.”

She was intentionally making it seem as if they were partners, all to further the ruse.

”But I will admit, part of me is curious about the offer it wants to make.”

Finally, she looked at the elcor once more, a small smirk on her lips.

”So, tell us what you’re willing to offer, and maybe we’ll tell you exactly how long it’s been.”

"Chastising rebuke: You are mistaken, asari. I am hearing out your offer; now present your terms, or there is nothing more to say to you or the quarian."

Remaining silent, Hamno seemed true to his word, following up his reply with no further statements. If Liria or Kaal wished to keep him talking, they may find better odds in a less aggressive route.

Kaal just shook his head at Hamnos repeated demands, waving them off and stated dryly, "Fine by me. Enjoy your last few days in freedom then.". With that he send a signal out to Aleena, making sure they knew they were now leaving the interrogation room and could prepare accordingly. He then signaled Liria to follow him, deactivating the kinetic barriers and leaving the room, the barriers reactivating shortly after again. If the Elcor protested against his sudden leave, he did not care.

"Ma'am.", he said, standing in front of Aleena, which in turn wasn't looking all too happy. He didn't have to report, she heard it all after all. The asari nodded and lit up another cigarette.

"Well, the two of you've done well. Stubborn ass. Still, what he did let slip we can use. It seems we have a timewindow of an unknown length to act. So, let us act asap."

"Finally! So you think they're onto something with the whole remote VI thing?", Agrillus asked, both surprised and ready to go.

"Certainly. The bastard mentioned a cooldown before and some data from Gatecrasher suggested the same. We know some of its hidey holes and have shadowed him for quite a while by now. Agent DeLaran, Agent Jones. To name a few names who stood in closer contact with him. Headhunters are ready to strike. We've waited long enough.", she looked up at the people around her.

"Operation Stormcoat is now authorized and live. Agrillus, mobilize the entirety of the 12th regiment. The 6th and 12th will assist you, providing technical expertise and air superiority respectively. Your target is a bunker on Omega protected by Blood Pack, one of the Elcors hidden hideouts. I'll have the full sitrep forwarded to you. Grind the place into a bloody sludge, leave nothing and no one standing.". The turian's face became more serious again, standing up and saluting, before leaving the room.

Operation Stormcoat was something she had been mentally planning for a while now. A last ditch effort as well as the culmination of all their efforts. Months of staying in the shadows, listening and investigating. Planting false trails and fabricating false evidence. Months of suppressed anger and humiliation. Oh she acted so tough but the fact she had to endure Hamno's oppressive presence for so long gnawed at her very self. No more. Tonight, alot of blood will be spilled.

"Kaal, you do what you do best. Flay the rest of his fuckers, get whatever information you can out of them. Make them believe Hamno is to blame for their predicament. Use tweaked footage of our previous meetings with him to convince them if necessary. Bring me their heads afterwards. Only keep them alive if you believe they can be of further use."

"With pleasure." he purred, leaving the room, leaving only the two asari.

"T'Remi, to clarify for you. Operation Stormcoat was a classified project I've been preparing for a while now. Simultaneous strikes at every asset of his we know of, the high profile ones will be captured and transported to our secure facility on Omega, the rest will be executed on the spot. All data will be copied, corrupted and destroyed. Those were the true goals of both Coldheard and Gatecrasher. So tell me, do you think we're acting prematurely and should I call it off? Should we have done it sooner? Your gut was right before so how do you feel about it?"

Liria leaned against a wall, thinking about what Aleena had asked. How did she feel about it?

”I’m... not sure. He was far too calm in there. Smug, almost. Like he was waiting for something. It just doesn’t feel right to me.”

She looked over at Aleena.

”And I’m not even sure we managed to get anything useful out of him. I’m pretty sure we probably just managed to annoy him.” she sighed. ”At the end of the day, you’re the boss, and it’s your call. But I’d like to go back in there, alone. Able to tell him things at my discretion. I’m pretty sure that’s the only way we’re going to get him to talk.”

Pushing herself off of the wall, she walked over to the observation area and looked out at the elcor.

”I just want to make sure that we aren’t making a mistake.”

While she listened, Aleena was also busy on her omnitool, handing out different orders to the different divisions and regiments in quick succession. Despite that, Liria had her full attention and when she finished she nodded, thinking about what the younger asari said.

"Well, I did say I trust your gut so feel free to go back in and go about this however you want. Probably should have crushed his bloody ass the moment it set foot into our place but oh well. Hindsight's a bitch and all. Fucking...", she said with a sigh as she finished her cigarette in a nearby ash tray, shaking her head at the Elcor.

"Go right ahead. I'll be out here if you need me, coordinating Stormcoat. It'll take a bit until everything's ready to get into position anyway and I need to coordinate them some more. If you need any classified info, take this.", she grabbed another datapad nearby and handed it to Liria.

"Everything we have, even the highly classified stuff. Including personal reports from Coldheart, Gatecrasher and other ops. Should help if you need any specifics.". With that she continued to focus her attention on the constant alarms and ringing of her omnitool as people asked for specifics, orders and more.

Liria accepted the offered datapad and quickly looked at it; it was one with an opaque back, which meant the elcor wouldn't be able to see anything. Perfect.

"Thanks. With any luck, I'll get something out of him."

I hope, she thought but didn't say as she turned and deactivated the kinetic barriers before entering the room once more, the security systems coming back online a second after the door closed.

"You asked earlier how long it's been? About eight hours, so long enough to get you away from where anyone might be looking."

Time for a significantly more direct approach. One that, she figured, probably wouldn't have even been attempted, let alone approved, if Kaal and Ishora had still been there.

"You wanted an offer? Information in exchange for information, and your life. This 'Black Nova' you were referring to earlier? It sounds like it would be rather useful to have an organization like that at your beck and call. You give us the information you're using as leverage as well as any backups, and in exchange we'll tell you who hired us, and we'll let you go. After all, having what is apparently an army under your control is far more useful than any amount of credits you could try to throw at us. We get something of use, these 'Black Nova' people lose a reason to target you, and you get a chance to get back at whoever betrayed you." With the datapad still occupying one hand, she rested the other on her hip and looked directly at the elcor. "We all come out of this better off, and you have a chance to get rid of some traitors in your organization. I don't know about you, but that sounds like a fair exchange to me."

"Surprised: Eight hours? Acceptable. However, I've already told you, that information is not for sale."

"Empathetic: My dear, allow me to make the deal for you, if your focus will not change. I, and I am to assume the others I saw you rounding up should they be here, leave this place you have me at without further examination. In exchange, you will receive no repercussions for your interruptions on Illium."

____________

Elsewhere at the undisclosed location, Ishora was in a similarly darkened room, lit only by a laptop screen in front of her, a blank video screen with no connection and notes typed down, slowly scrolling along the bottom of the screen.

"We don't know what exactly the leak would contain, however any accusations from it should be met, in all public talk of it, with accusations of our own to call into question the validity of the information. Ideally we want the common perception to go from 'we used a WMD on a garden world' to 'We were accused of using a WMD on a garden world', if not lower in severity, that any ensuing scandal appears no worse than more routine image management issues. No matter how hard someone presses evidence, we steer it back, and constantly question or undermine how truthful it is. If the opposition is too angered from these tactics, they will focus on the minute, specifics of our arguments, and shift focus away from any of their original accusations."

"Should the ground have to be conceded that we did in fact do this- at least in regards to the WMD, we have an advantage here in the post-war environment. Boro, prior to the war, was located in the Traverse. It still is, however with the relays changing, it is only accessible by passing through either Terminus or Quarian-Geth territories, and thus would not be applicable to the Citadel Conventions."

"A secondary position to this would be that this is simply how the Terminus systems are, and that this is just how assassins- contracted operators- need to do business to survive here. These brutal tactics are simply how things are done here, every colony deals with attacks."

Sitting outside, Aleena sat down in the chair, lighting up yet another cigarette. A clear sign to anyone who knew her she was a tad bit more anxious then usual. 'Stormcoat', she thought. 'What a load of...', she sighed and continued to go through the messages on her display. The data they had collected. She knew full well it was a shot in the dark. Despite their meticulous work there were definitely agents of his that would slip through. She'd be surprised if it was any different.

'Rule 1, some vermin always survives.', she chuckled at the thought. Still, there was a chance that they would do enough damage to Hamnos operations in a brutal and efficient manner that, as Liria speculated, the rest of his agents for fear of their own hide, just won't act. A slim chance, but a chance. Even so, Aleena was confident in their ability to deal with the fallout. A fair bit of time has passed, which played into her hands at the end of the day. Some doubts she couldn't shake but that came with the ordeal. So she focused on bringing Stormcoat fully operational. Agrillus and auxillary teams prepared to strike a Bunker near Zeta, associated with Hamno and protected by the Blood Pack. She went over Agent T'Vera's report of the place, forwarded it to Agrillus afterwards. Place was built by someone who had only basic understanding of warfare. Should be easily cracked by the 12th.

Next up were her organizations Headhunters. Several were in active deployment, tasked with various duties, mostly observational the last few months. Tasked with shadowing the Elcors operations, they were ready to execute or capture their targets in a moments notice. With some luck, anyone of them had useful information. Contact lists, recoverable communications, coordinates. People are sloppy like that, especially overconfident ones. Still, there was of course no guarantee whatsoever. Knowing all of that, Aleena went on handing out orders. All that remained after preparations of the individual elements was a single encrypted signal of hers to execute all orders. The point of no return. Another sigh accompanied with a plume of smoke, she looked up and listened in at the interrogation.

Liria definitely tried her best but the overly stubborn Elcor didn't bend a single millimeter. Still, there was something. She opened a direct link to Kaal.

"Ma'am?", he simply asked.

"Kaal, I hope you haven't murdered the other Gentarkoo fucks yet?"

"Not just yet Ma'am. Was about to begin."

"Good. The Elcor seems concerned about his little friends, demanding we let them go without harm. T'Remi is dealing with him now. If he remains stubborn, maybe we'll have to livestream on of your famous sessions to him.". The quarian did not answer but only let out an amused, dark chuckle. She could almost feel the perverse glee. Aleena herself, shook her head. Part of her wanted to go in herself, show the Elcor who he truly dealt with. But for now, she decided not to, waiting first to see how Liria would react to Hamnos continued defiance. Still, she wasn't willing to let this charade go on for much longer.

Liria couldn't help but laugh. "Clearly you haven't realized what's going on here. You're not in control of your own organization anymore. I mean, who exactly do you think hired us? It isn't going to be a dictator from some Terminus backwater, it's going to be someone who directly benefits from you being disappeared. It's going to be someone who knew where you were going to be beforehand, and someone who could easily step in and take control with you gone. Now, I'm not familiar with the power structure inside your organization, but I'm fairly certain the other ones we got paid to take are likely going to be those loyal to you. Those who would likely resist any change in leadership."

She walked over to one side and leaned against the wall, the kinetic barriers crackling ever so slightly behind her as she looked over at the elcor.

"But if you're going to be so stubborn, allow me to sweeten the deal. That information of yours in exchange for our services, free of any charges. Hand it over so that we have insurance against these 'Black Nova' people, and we'll help you deal with the disloyal elements of your organization. The same elements that were willing to be oh so generous with their credits when they hired us."

Averting her eyes from Hamno for a second, Liria looked at the datapad for a moment and noticeably smirked. For him, it would look like she saw something she liked the look of. In reality, she was smirking over nothing in particular, only aiming to look like she knew something he didn't. So the smirk stayed on her lips as she looked back over at the hulking figure in the middle of the room.

"You know what I'm after, and that isn't going to change. So at the moment, you don't really have many options. Either work with me to figure out how to make my terms a reality and make your life better in the process, or try to get out of this without giving anything up. If I were you, I'd look into the former. After all, if what you've been saying is true, you've only got a limited amount of time before things start to fall apart around you. I have a way of getting out if that happens. Do you?"

Closing his eyes, Hamno let out a low pitched rumble, his voice quiet enough after that it was clear he was less speaking to Liria in that moment than himself, although she could still hear him at that distance, going over her words.
"Someone who would benefit. Someone who knew where I would be. Someone, who would step in when I'm gone..."

Keeping quiet, he let the tension hang from the ceiling lights for a minute...

...his eyes slowly opening, voice back to normal.
"Resigned: You have quite the skill of speech, asari. Amicable: I find your terms agreeable and I am willing to work with your organization. However I have one caveat to this."

"With exhaustion: I ache from resting for so long. First I'd like to take a walk outside this interrogation room, friend."

Watching and listening carefully, Aleena thought about options, chances, odds all while delegating orders on the side. However, she wasn't surprised at the Elcors 'change' in attitude, only suspicious. If one would to ask her, she'd probably say Hamno is beginning or has pieced together what actually happened right there and then. Still, there was a chance he hasn't, however slim it may be.

"Listen, personally? I think he's full of shit. Probably got an idea who we are by now. Letting him out would mostly be used by him to confirm it one way or another. That or he really wants to break your face right about now. Maybe both. I say, the best we can do is loosen his shackles a bit remotely. The door's barrier will withstand whatever he can throw at it. Let him wander around inside the room but not out.", she said via comms, so only Liria could hear her but still keeping her voice down.

"However, if you really want we can give it a shot. I can have this facility locked down in five, no comms in or out. All messages send will be intercepted. Could give us some intel. I can handle the Elcor myself if need be, just need to grab a helmet from the armory to make sure he doesn't identify me. Your call. I trust your instincts on this one."

She sighed, waiting for Liria's decision.

Liria looked over at Hamno, considering what he said while listening to Aleena over the comms.

”I’ll need to talk to my security people, make sure they’re fine with you walking around. That could take a few minutes, though, so for the moment the best I can do is let you walk around in here. That is, if you’re fine with that as a temporary compromise.”

She was still leaning against the wall. Much like Aleena, she didn’t trust him. For all she knew, he could just be faking for her benefit. But at the same time, it was the best option they had at the moment, and they couldn’t just ignore it.

”S’Vaeri,” she said, addressing a made-up security chief as she held a finger against her ear. ”Meeting, now. Your office.”

"Frustration: Oh. If I am trusting you with my life, surely you can trust me on a small walk around. Sarcasm: Unless you believe I could run away."

Were Hamno of a more expressive species, he might lean back in a chair and put on his best shit-eating grin about now.

"Hold on.", she said to Liria. A frustrated sigh, she shook her head and stood up, moving away from the terminal and down the hall, towards the nearest armory. One hand on her omnitool, she scrolled hastily through her contacts once more, establishing a connection with the quarian.

"Kaal, gather the prisoners and bring them into Hall-4B, at the end of the hallway. Line 'em up and wait for our arrival."

"Ma'am.", he simply answered once again. After that, she pinged the head of security while continuing to walk down the hallway, taking a turn right towards the exit. Her eyes darted around to check if there was anything the Elcor could easily use to identify them but she couldn't see anything outside of the guard uniforms themselves. Speaking of those.

"Attention, I am initiating a full lockdown of this facility. Jam the entire bloody area and keep an eye out for anything weird. Regular contingent of guards are to be stationed at the entrance only. Rest will stand by in the armory or security office. Get to it people!"
. Another order out. She accelerated her pace, now almost a slight jog as she finally pinged Liria again.

"Liria, I'll be right with you. Grabbing some gear and I'll be ready within two. We'll bring the Elcor to 4B. Supple time for him to talk and if not?", leaving the last words unspoken, she finally made it to the armory. She quickly grabbed a simple helmet and put it on. She wasn't in her combat armor obviously so she had to quickly change into one of the uniforms. A little tight, as it wasn't made for her but it would do. Ripping off the badge that showed BNs logo, she began to make her way back at a brisk pace.

"On my way back."
