[IEN Presents] Bliss Festival 2188

Illium Entertainment welcomes you to Bliss Festival, the galaxy's largest and finest sexuality, lifestyle, and adult entertainment show. Since its inception, Bliss Festival has brought together countless beings from across known space in a spirit of peace and joy, and Illium Entertainment is proud to be a Bliss Festival media partner. For the next two weeks, we'll be bringing the hottest stars, the most exciting shows, and the latest in innovative entertainment content direct from the Citadel's Kithoi Ward to your local extranet connection.



It's day one, and in just a few minutes the doors will open, both here at the Matriarch Arken'a Entertainment Precinct and across the ward at nearly a dozen other venues. Already the crowds are gathering, and a number of media personalities have been making the rounds since early this morning, keeping eager festival-goers entertained during their long vigil. Local celebrity Maj Lig has been spinning his famous improv musical comedy routines, while members of the Last Chance troupe have been giving attendees a taste of what's in store for them once they make their way inside. Remember folks, security will be checking age passes on entry to the Blue Zones within the festival, so have those omni-tools ready - select IEN press members were allowed a sneak peak at rehearsals yesterday, and let me tell you, this is a fortnight you won't want to miss a second of.

Star attractions today, fittingly enough, are the Illian Stars, festival mainstays who never fail to pack the house with their scintillating dance and pleasure shows. The Stars will be putting on three performances this year, and with the first beginning in just over an hour, better make your way towards the Las-o Arena without delay. Introducing the Stars today will be Sapphire Alliance co-founder and chairwoman Kalla Jannios, who will also be delivering the traditional Fanfare to Joy, which will be rebroadcast to all screens within festival venues.

Stick around after the Stars for more shows on the main stage, including Tril V'Armo and the Nodal Modes, extranet star performer Prinn, and Delta Dragonheart, and don't forget to stop by the shopping pavilion for the famous Day One Specials.

If anyone's curious, I will be performing with the Stars today - shows two and three, my understudy will be taking my place (and if anyone's going 'aww', that's sweet of you, but seriously, she'll outshine little ol' me in a heartbeat, just wait'll you see her); sadly, with everything on my platter these days, we agreed it was time for me to pass on my Star for good.

Welcome back, folks, to day two of Bliss Festival 2188! Last night’s wild parties haven’t done anything to slow the show down this morning, with big crowds turning out for the first of many fashion parades this year. The big name today is Diabolika, proof straight from Thessia that good asari can be very, very naughty. Showcasing this year’s line of adults-only fetishwear, dubbed ‘Control Ending’ by visionary designer Malika, is a cavalcade of some of the loveliest and hottest catwalk stars in the galaxy, including Miss Underground from Palaven, the Ccora twins from Illium, Diabolika’s own Black Eyes, and many more.

For those of you able to roll your tongues or similar appendages back where they belong afterwards, the education pavilion will be gearing up for a full roster of informative and spicy seminars and demonstrations over the next two weeks. Today Sinta Parris will be presenting a show not to be missed - for all sorts of reasons - with Sinta herself and a host of high-profile performers demonstrating safer sex techniques. Check the schedule to find out when your favourite species/activity grouping will be covered, or take in the entire presentation to be sure you’re well-prepared for all the delightful notions the show will put in your head.

I actually made an inquiry myself earlier. If there's a similar demonstration next year, I'm definitely going to see if I can get a spot - the assistant they had applying the protection to their elcor volunteer did it technically flawlessly, but left a lot to be desired for artistic flair (the elcor was a trooper, though).

That elcor is a real professional, I met him at the Illium Skin-Con just before the war, he was manning one of the booths... anyway I know for a fact he is a fan of yours, so I am sure he would be delighted if you would be assisting him next time.

Sally Silken reporting live from the Illium Entertainment complex here at Bliss Festival, where in just half an hour the galaxy’s biggest and best erotic film ever, Citadel XXX 3, will be shown to the public at last. Select guests and members of the entertainment media had their chance earlier this morning, and now it’s your turn - don’t miss out! Five on-site cinemas will be showing CX3 all day for those wanting to experience the epic trilogy conclusion right away, and home media versions will go on sale immediately following the public premiere, including a limited number of special editions.

And it doesn’t stop there.
