Remember when I sought you out for spiritual guidance? I think I'm hearing replies now. No words or stuff like that, but I feel calm after a moment of talking to Pater Notre or Aralaw. It helps me plow through the days. I'm also working on something here on the side for them. It might sound silly, but I'm building a model clan hall from whatever I can scrounge around here. Reminds me of range and...well, you know, I feel I'm closer to Pater Notre, Aralaw and Migae that way. My own shrine so the three would feel more welcome whenever they drop in to comfort me.

Private Message to ~~~Dwick's #1 Pyjak~~~ Hi there. :) Lucky Taleeze pointed your 'secret' message out, I'd have missed it otherwise. Well, I can't say for certain whether there were talks between EP and Turmix Hellafringe about CX at any stage - they don't consult me about those kinds of things :) - but I did get a bit of an inside look at some of the casting decisions in general, since (being local) I helped them out by reading scenes opposite various performers during casting sessions. I do know there was never any question of bringing back anyone other than Farius for the Archangel role in CX2/3, after he put in such a memorable role establishing the character in the first film. And Turmix is a pretty big name, I don't honestly know whether he'd have been up for a smaller role, and the SSV Intimacy was pretty crowded already, no room for another turian leading man. (I think he'd have made a great impression as Frahzeer, the Spectre from the beginning of the first film - even if he did only get those two scenes - but EP was just starting out as a 'big film' producer then, they were lucky to have attracted the attention of Farius, never mind going after other big names just for cameos.

Recently, I was contacted by a documentary director from Earth, who claims to be a fan of my novel and says he wants to make a vid krogan writers. On top of that, he wants me to provide him with at least a dozen pivotal pieces of krogan literature to be featured and profiled in the vid. However, the only krogan literature I've been exposed to were my mother's poetry and, while riveting, it's hardly enough to please the director. Is there any chance that you could provide me with some good titles of krogan texts, and if possible, links?

Private message to user: karadag13Well, that's a relief. I was worried you might have been one of the many start-up authors who come to me begging for an endorsement, having somehow evaded my spam filter. Even war doesn't seem to have stemmed that particular tide.

My first thought whenever someone mentions krogan literature is almost invariably of Gatatog Flurtz. Try to limit yourself to his works written after Kelphic Embrace, his only foray into romance, which is quite painful to read; and before Centuries of Conspiracy, written some way into his old age, when imagination began to collide with reality.

You might also leaf through The Price of Conquest by Korash Jast, along with any of the Seventy-Eight Meditations by Gothteng Strax, particularly Prey's Worth.

Many of these can be found through simply searching for the title via the extranet; however, I believe there's some Illian corporation or other somehow holding on to the rights for a few of the Meditations, so legal acquisition of those particular titles may incur some expense.
