I don't know much about riddles, do you just climb up the rope? Or is it a well that failed as a child and has no rope?
Ooh, I know! You take a rock and throw it at the lens, then climb out when it's smashed! ...Maybe I should just let you smart asari figure it out. |

Being ruins, I suppose the rope would've rotted away; not sure about the 'smash the lens' option, but Neila's answer was the one the puzzle came with. Over to you! :)

Yet another human one... (I'm running dry still -- I'll try to have a much better one ready for next time.)
Two people are playing tennis when their tennis ball rolls into a narrow hole. The hole is circular in shape and just large enough for the tennis ball to fit into it. Plus, the hole is about 20 feet deep and there's a curve in it, so the tennis players can't just reach down there and grab it. Furthermore, the tennis court is made of hard clay, so they won't be able to dig it out with a shovel. What common thing do they put into the hole to retrieve their tennis ball? I think I can see this one - the group is a grandfather, father, and son? The middle one is both a father and a son, so despite there being two of each, there's only three people total.

I think this thread has got me into the right mindset to spot some of the tricks - it's kind of ignoring the apparent problem posed by the question, and solving the question itself. :)
Okay, so. A man escapes from C-Sec custody, aided by his lover. Four of his recent partners are brought in for questioning (he got around a bit, it seems). One of them is his lover, and is lying. Two of them are innocent, and telling the truth. One of them is his sister, who is helping his lover lie. Who is his sister? Amada: "Insistently: Melida is his lover." Vasena: "Dismissively: Ava is lying." Ava: "Scoffing: Amada is lying." Melida: "Incredulous: Vasena is not my sister." |
