You're missing my point. Any of the solutions you describe would be the equivalent of throwing your gun in your opponent's face. Sure, it'll hurt him at first, but we know what comes next.
What you want is something they can't use against you at all. Having a specialist prove that your friend's omni-tool was hacked (with logs showing the address of the guilty party) is absolutely legal, with the consentment of the omni-tool's owner. You wouldn't even need to hide your involvement!
Also using kiddie porn is never, ever ok, even to frame a guilty party.

As few have already said so, learn to use the system to your advantage. Everyone ought to learn it.

First up, fuck 'ignoring it'. You never ignore it. Ignoring it is the same thing as giving a bully permission. You aren't solving a problem, you're trying to walk around it. And frankly, that's just a barefaced way of doing things.

But you should have just told someone. Any turian worth their salt isn't going to stand for that, that SYSTEM DOESN'T WORK shit is as toxic and shitty as the systems they're supposedly railing against. Of course 'the system' is going to be impotent or whatever when everyone's convinced it can't do anything in the first place. Tell a tier superior and put them in line. No one's going to give a fuck about who that kid's parent is if they're defending them in bad faith. If anyone has a spine at all, something will be done.

They may not believe it will come to that. These aren't, by the sounds of it, people accustomed at all to personal violence - even having had a 'taste' of it from you already, I don't think there's any guarantee they'll react the way you may expect. Rationally, you may believe you can attack them, successfully, at any time; maybe you can, too. But again, put yourself in their position: it must be far more tempting to believe that you simply 'got lucky' in attacking them - surprised them with a physical assault they weren't expecting - than to admit that they aren't capable of handling you, after a long history of treating their peers any way they choose and succeeding at it. As terrified as you no doubt made them, any thought that promises 'this won't happen again' must be a comfort. So they may assume - if not always, at least in a vindictive and/or reckless moment (and it only takes a moment) - that, if push came to shove again, they could escape harm, at least long enough to reach the protection of a teacher or some other authority figure.

And following that logic from their point of view, what then? If you try to attack them a second time, they may well expect you to be expelled - it follows the pattern they've already seen function, physical assault leads to punishment, and they have a teacher (the parent) backing them, no doubt that much more fiercely given her daughter is being threatened. It's possible you wouldn't even have to land a blow - just the attempt, after what you've done already, would be proof enough, they might think. It just may not be real to them that you can - without a doubt - hurt them so badly, no matter what precautions they take, that any 'victory' of theirs would be meaningless, even after one example. One time can always be dismissed - however irrational the expectation may be - as an exception. They need to learn that what they're doing is wrong, and a lesson like that needs to be taught consistently and without the perception of failure - the odds of it sticking due to a single act of fear, however vivid, are slight, I think. More likely the threat, if not backed up repeatedly (which you can't realistically do) will fade, and the fear and trauma that remains will release itself in yet more victimisation of anyone who can't fight back.
