I'm so jealous of military relay clearances. :) I'm sure landing a cruiser and overseeing crew leave makes for a lot of work, but if you (and your sister, if she joins the trip here rather than Omega) do get a few minutes free, I can wriggle lunch off the next couple of days, and there's a great cafe restaurant in the plaza here - consider yourself/ves invited.

Illium is quite popular, aparently. But we finally got clearance to dock. In a normal cruiser, that would be impossible, but the Auckland has a abnormally large drive core, so it can enter atmo' safely. I've got my temporary first officer taking care of the crew, so that leaves me free for the duration of our visit. I am happy to take up your offer of lunch, but my sister will not be able to attend, due to time constraints. When would be a good time for you?

We're finally docked on Illium, have been for a few hours. Unfortunately, administration caught up with me, but that's now out of the way. Nos Astra really is a beautiful city. It reminds me of Paris, before the war.
