The smaller woman wrapped the asari in an embrace, she wasn't really sure what to say. She was only good at comforting people for so long before she had to fall back on physical gestures. Instead of saying anything Erin simply held the Madira close, giving her shoulder a comforting, if bone creaking, squeeze.

Madira leaned into the embrace, but the tears didn't fall, nor did she sob... she just solemnly closed her eyes and sniffled a bit. "Thank you..."
It's said a good artist can put emotion into their song. Madira put emotion into her words. |

Erin pulled back again and smiled slightly, "You looked like you needed it. And thank you. Without people like you... well there wouldn't have been anything left for us to rebuild. Erin gave the asari a rueful smile, "It's still not much. But it's my home. So thank you for your service."

"Earth is shaping up to be a place of beauty." Madira let out a short laugh. Barely a giggle. Maybe being stuck on Earth wasn't quite as bad as she thought.
