Total agreement, Steel. But part of the plan still makes sense. These are high-quality weapons (assuming he's not barefacing around on that) at low prices. Resupplying C-Sec still has to happen, and if we can reduce the budget while keeping the standards high, we should take the opportunity. That frees up more credits for officers, training, and other gear. Trying to buff up CDF isn't going to do any good, but we can't pass up good opportunities, either. |

I remember that news story a few years back about the slavers that tried to attack a small town in Palaven. They planned out the whole thing for 6 months and went in with enough men and gear that they could easily be considered a small army.
