As for what they actually are, well, Lamb testes. Don't judge, they're genuinely good stuff...although I'll always get a kick on peoples faces when we explain what exactly they just ate.

No, some butcher however many years ago was slaughtering up a lamb, and decide, HMMM, these look pretty succulent. Probably was still in the closet or something, but hey, we got a gourmet dish out of it thats really good. |

PARFAIT nobody mentioning parfait is a crime. où sont les françaises, ici? rir  super easy to make. here is what you need 2 cups yogurt, this is important, get some good shit not the cheapo kind 1 cup granola 8 blackberries or substitute of your choice (i usually mix strawberries and blackberries) whipped cream take a glass layer the ingredients 1 cup yogurt 1/2 cup granola 4 berries or whatever i like to put whipped cream on top cause it's whipped cream repeat until glass is full, then eat. yessss  Banner provided by Asari Promiscuity. |
