I'm afraid I probably can't be much help. I used to know a handful of people I might have suggested, but for one reason or another they're not on the Citadel any more; I haven't visited there myself since the war, even, so it's kind of unfamiliar territory to me, I'm not sure where I'd even point you towards that'd be local to you.

I know a couple of counselors here who I'm sure wouldn't mind setting up a time to talk things over via comms - I know that's not ideal, compared to meeting with someone in person, but if you're not having success looking for someone suitable on the Citadel, it's an option. For that matter Ana, my bondmate, used to be a therapist - she's not practising anymore but if you'd like I can ask her on your behalf. Even if it's in an 'unofficial' capacity, so far as actual therapy goes, I'm sure discussing things with someone with her extensive background would help. Let me know if you'd like me to do that - I'll ask around here (in general terms) about Citadel-based counselors as well, you never know, someone might know someone and so on.

Actually on that note, I know we don't know one another very well, aside from the usual contact that's come from sharing the same message board, but if you find yourself just wanting someone to talk to, I can make time pretty much whenever I'm needed. You've been very friendly to me from the get-go, knowing my previous ties, and I appreciate that.
The matter I have with my own significant other is just where we take our relationship from here-
She wants to adopt or have children, I'm against the idea and there's been a bit of a stonewall on the subject.
Other than that, things are great. We've been together for eight years and argue every day.

Vee hurt me, bad. And I turned to the still to get over it. I'm not proud of it, I slipped. I might soon be doing going to Kahje for an extended period of time; as such I wish to make sure I am correctly informed of the risks and the precautions I need to take to minimize the risk for Kepral’s Syndrome.

Therefore I wish to arrange a consultation coupled to any tests you deem necessarily to evaluate my risk. I have not had a genescreening or anything like that. I would prefer to have you perform the consultation if at all possible for while I do trust doctors in general I would prefer a doctor who is familiar with the subject to deal with it in this case.

Unfortunately, my schedule is rather tight; my only "open" day is on what the humans call Thursday, during which time I will be attending to paperwork and returning calls. If you can meet me at my office sometime between the hours of 11:00 am and 3:00 pm, I will be more than happy to screen you for any genetic anomalies and run a sounding on your lungs. Please keep in mind that these tests can be time-consuming, so the earlier you show up, the better.
