How's the ADF doing? How's Australia doing for that matter? Haven't been home in a while.

We're underfunded, understaffed, under supplied. So, the usual. Plus, I have seen the Goddamn LoD form about a hundred times this week alone because, for some reason, we can't seem to keep our gear together.

Australia herself is... Adelaide is, essentially, gone, Canberra was hit very hard, but the reconstruction has been going smoothly, Melbourne, comparatively was hit fairly light, Perth is pretty much a ghost town, Sydney experienced some of the heaviest fighting, and it shows, and I've seen nothing cross my desk about Tassie or Darwin.

But we're plucky bastards, I'll tell you that.

Yeah, national militaries always get the worst end of the deal. Glad to hear people are getting back on their feet though.

I spent a couple of months in Melbourne on medical leave following the Reaper War. Hard to swallow, knowin that was comparatively light damage, you know? CBD was pretty much rubble. It was...surreal seeing my home city like that, even though I'd been gone over a decade.

Yeah, I had family. My parents and brother's family were in Melbourne, my sister was in Adelaide. Have a couple of cousins in the ADF-one in the 3 RAR, the other was Armoured Corps. You can guess how that all worked out.

I have never heard of a spam-referring to this site before but in fact this thing has nothing to do with Cerberus (that's funny, coming up constantly lately). So this is completely safe and no cover up conspiracy.
