Tualni just stared blankly when the quarian woman said the big complicated words before giggling and saying, "You talk funny!"
"Tualni that's enough, dear. Please", Ragia said before addressing the young woman, she noticed she seemed... nervous? Shy? Well, she could fix that by trying to be as off-putting as possible. "My name is Ragia'Riett", she said smiling before waving her hand over to the tall quarian beside her. "That is Atingo, my husband. Don't worry, dear. He is really nice and I think you've already heard us say the name of the little one over and over by this point so I think I'll not be repetitive", she chuckled. "I take it you are working with the agriculture department, dear?" |

"Nice to meet you all!" She looked up a bit longer to Atingo, managing the quarian equivalent of a smile, her indicator light flickering.
"Yes, I work at the institute. My dad is a department head and I assist him. You know, one of those projects that's trying to reclaim the planet, understand it's biology and how it evolved. Surprisingly little I might say. The most fascinating part is examining the immune reactions." She realized she was rambling, excited about her work. "So, well, I am bringing this fellow here to our home, it's a surplus from the lab. What are you all doing?" |

"Actually we had been on our way home." Preeya explained politely but yet a bit helpless. "Well... their home, I am just a visitor." She added quickly and with a little nod and pointed at Ragia and Atingo.
She did not want to give the impression of 'inviting herself without even asking' to the young woman. Casually patting Tualni's shoulder Preeya took a deep breath. She had no idea what else to contribute to a usual conversation... |

“Oh, I don’t want to disturb any further then.” Ru’yah said, nodding at everyone while tenderly holding the plant in its tube. A bit like a kid would hold a doll maybe.
“Where are you headed? I was about to go to the public transportation hub at the park intersection.” |

"Oh we we were heading that way too", Ragia said. "To the hub that is. We were heading home before our latest... encounter and I don't think Preeya is feeling all that well myself", she said before looking at Preeya again. "You are a visitor, dear. But you are just as welcome in our home as any friend or member of our clan would be."
She hoped that didn't sound overly, well, cheesy. It sounded that way to her but it was true as anything else. It was a part of being a quarian that she hoped wouldn't fade now that they had Rannoch back. "Mommy?" Tualni inquired. "Where is Preeya going to sleep? Is she going to sleep on the floor?" Ragia sighed, the child's question snapping her out of her thoughts. "No Tualni we have a place set up for her at home."

I am so sorry for the delay

As she was suddenly addressed/mentioned Preeya invisibly frowned a little for reasons she was not sure about herself yet.
Straightly looking at Ragia she eagerly nodded. "Alright. I'll keep that in mind." She said self-aware, then finally added. "Thank you." Ignoring another wave of headache Preeya then looked at Ru’yah. "You did not disturb us, don't worry." However instantly distracted by Tuialni's question Preeya turned around to the child once again. Preeya did not think about this question yet, assuming that they very probably would not have invited her if they didn't have the space to do so. Now however, as Preeya gave it a second thought she started feeling slightly uncomfortable... "I really do not mean to make give you any inconveniences. A bench or a sofa would be adequate."

“Oh, that’s nice to say but… I think I should be going home!” It indeed had been a nice encounter but just going home with these people didn’t seem right.
She was following the four others towards the intersection with the transport hub. Looking into that direction, the open area of the park seemed to shrink with each step that brought them closer to the skyline of Kassali. “Hm, maybe we meet again sometime? In case you ever need any help with plants or some such…” she had an idea, opening her omnitool. “…here is my contact. I wish you a good time and in your case a nice stay, Preeya!” She bowed and wiggled the glass with the plant at Tualni, its leafs shivering inside. “Mr. Phidemoion Arkaneese here wished you a good day, young lady.” |

Tualni giggled as Ru'yah wiggled the plant in front of her. "Bye-bye!", she said as she waved.
Ragia nodded in turn. "Goodbye dear. Stay safe!" said before turning to Preeya and smiling. "Couch? Bench? No never that would be a terrible way to show hospitality. We have an older bed you can sleep in. Nice and comfortable!" she said. "A good rest looks like it would do you some good too. I may sound like a broken mass driver but you still look a bit sickly dear." |

Carefully saving Ru'yah's contact details Preeya nodded - more to herself than actually to the others. She actually was interested in keeping contact to the woman, even if only to recceive pictures of areas of Rannoch covered in the beautiful flowers Ru'yah mentioned.
After finishing she returned her focus to Ragia, Atingo and Tualni again. "A bed, that's... very nice from you." Preeya finally answered, nodding to Ragia. "I feel like I could sleep for days. Hopefully I won't. Does your family have a specific daily routine or schedule to follow? I really do not want to disturb anything, you know..." |

"You won't disturb anything, I promise", Ragia smiled. "Now let's go show you shall we?"
And then all of four of them left the park. The transportation wasn't too far, probably to Preeya's relief. The ride there was mostly uneventful. No antics from Tualni at least who had fallen asleep beside her father. Leaving the stop was only a few more minutes of walking until they got to the long awaited Riett dwelling. Not large by the standards of other species. But for quarians it was pretty nice looking. "Well", Ragia said. "Welcome to our home, Preeya."
