Now, about your situation, first of all I would strongly advise you -like everybody else has said so far- to see a doctor. Im sure I could suggest you several specialists! Self biodiagnostics VI wouldn't be a bad idea either if you are a shy guy :3 But I cannot guarantee a completely reliable 'advice' from said VI. [Here's] what I have to offer :)

Till you'll get any assistance though, I suggest you walk around naked for a bit. Can't let any sort of fabrics to irritate the skin more eh? Some painkillers and specialized herbal based creams will do a very good job too! [Here's] a little list with the best levo ones in my opinion!
