Hello there!

I can't turn down business. My fee is per person, as is the industry standard.
For a charity event I can bump down my usual 30 to 15-25 per person [price varies for plates- If you want a higher quality meal, it'll cost more.] For this fee, you're going to get-

- Me and my catering for the duration of the event (My ancillary staff will be working the restaurant.)
- Professional quality food- You're not going to look at the bill and be disappointed.
- A wide range of meals, both levo and dextro, from meals to snacks.
- Service with a smile- A large portion of my staff are Turian/Asari, and we're accustomed to most citadel species.

During the next week, I'm going to be busy with a festival up until Friday. I'm going to need a day to rest on Saturday but I can pencil you into my schedule on Sunday. For your patronage, you're free to consider yourself invited to my stall at the festival starting Monday.

As for Sarah, She -may- have been a little drunk the last you spoke, and she sends her regards.

I may have made a mistake- Please delete that recipe.
I didn't know Tlaxu were protected, and I should have done my research.
I haven't purchased any of the ingredients necessary for the meal and I've alerted the authorities to the source of the recipe, as I've been instructed by my the health inspector of the area. He told me I just came within inches of stepping on a legal landmine.
I'll have a decidedly more legal recipe for you soon.

1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup steel-cut oats
1/2 cup oat flour
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 large egg
Cooking spray
1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Preparation

Combine buttermilk and oats; cover and refrigerate 8 hours.
Preheat oven to 375°.

Lightly spoon flours into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife. Combine flours, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, stirring with a whisk.

Place sugar and butter in a large bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and egg; beat until well blended. Stir in oat mixture; beat until well blended. Add flour mixture, beating just until moist.

Spoon batter into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan on a wire rack. Cut into squares. Garnish with powdered sugar, serve with milk.
