Actually Saren Actius(SpectreSar8n177) is my primary character, and I only have him. I'm thinking of doing a Quarian, but....

Fair enough. Board has a fair few Quarians, but if you have something new to bring you should totally try it out!

I'd prefer to use my chosen pseudonym name, "seeker-of-truth". I don't usually share my soul name for privacy reasons.

Cerberus Daily News Rules & Guidelines9. Don't litter your posts with references to the 21st century. Obviously it's going to come up with historical discussions, but it's unlikely that someone alive in 2186 (or whatever year we're up to now) would have listened to Rebecca Black's Friday. It's also unlikely that you would be surfing TVTropes or Wikipedia. Mold yourself to the period. You can come up with period-appropriate equivalents to TVTropes, Wikipedia, or modern viral videos, but avoid straight up 21st century namedrops. Keep in mind, these new creations must be original. Creating an action hero series (like the Infiltrator) is fine. Making an action series starring an elcor named Ar'Nold Schwarz N'ejjar is right out.

Bold mine.

Dr. Mexta, Galactipedia, and Galaxy of Fantasy all exist on this forum as analogues of Doctor Who, Wikipedia, and WOW respectively (the last of which is a canon construct in ME2). There is no reason you can't come up with a Carmen Sandiego analogue, but please, put more thought into it beyond "Sandiego 2188."

Make it your own, make it original, give it your own spin - just make it interesting. Don't be boring and copypaste.

Turians are easier to make, but I'm having trouble with my Quarian.

Thank you, I will give this some thought and try to make it a real game that can stand on its own.

Thank you, Daia. I am sure that my time here will be "enlightening", for lack of a better term.

Welcome to CDN, Gambit. :) Cabal huh? That's where I'll be aiming for my service (which won't be any time soon; couple of centuries). Just as an instructor once I'm through training - I'm no badass waiting to happen, and I doubt going through boot will do anything to drastically change that, but I've talked it over with a few recruitment types over the years and they were pretty optimistic about my chances, given the value of the fine-control skills I could teach versus the fairly minimal impact I'd have in a fighting unit. Dad would be proud either way. :)

Anyway, welcome again, I'm sure we'll be able to liven your watches at the embassy up (so long as nobody catches you buried in your omni-tool on duty, of course).

Woah, I posted 3 times? Stupid tool messing up again. I seriously need a new one. Asari huh? Cabal Instructor? Lord, thats too much for me to handle. Once you go Blue nobody else will do is what they say down here. If you ever you know... Crash land on Earth or anything just drudge your way to D.C. and call for Gambit and i'll take care of you.

Yay, asari women, as opposed to... well, nevermind:)
If you're ever on shore leave on the Citadel (ugh... make that station or space leave in your case I guess), drop by the Blue Line club on Tyaseri, it could be something for you. But there had been trouble with hierarchy personel and tense money, so yeah, just don't act like a total ass when it comes to credits, we have to earn our livings here <3
Blue Line has now a Hierarchy Happy Hour though, look up the ads.

Well, erm, wow. Thats embarrasing, obviously there are no Asari men. I don't venture to the Citadel that often, but you have me convinced for my next trip.. Who should i ask for?

I'm flattered :) - but already spoken for, you're not the only one with blue fever. But this year's Bliss Festival is just a few weeks away now, and the Citadel's right over your head (okay not literally, but you know what I mean) - put in for some time off your duties during the fortnight, I'm sure you'll find lots of company, and who knows, maybe something lasting? And entertainment of course, that I can put myself forward for - I'll be doing a Q&A for a film that'll be premiering, a couple of stage shows of varying levels of interestingness, taking part in some seminars for a safer sex industry (actual seminars... so kind of dry compared to all the rest of the attractions that'll be zipping around, true, but it's an important message), I'd be delighted if you were to drop by any one of them and introduce yourself. (If you can drag yourself away from Taleeze and her shows, of course - I've worked with her, she's not easy to take your eyes off when she's dancing, that's for sure.)

Welcome to CDN, Gambit.

Isn't Washington a small outpost these days when the Citadel is more of a hub right above? The Republican offices planet side have been mostly reduced to consulate staff with only a few exceptions. But tell me about spending downtime on CDN. It gets addictive at times.

So, what's your duty, are you a guard?

Link Link Quote

Gambit
You hit it right on the head. The embassy office is very small, at times it feels like i'm guarding a treehouse.. Yes i'm a guard, and the reason i need to guard such a place with only 7 Turians.. well, some humans havent got over the little.. disagreement we had with them. Thats another topic, i work with more Humans down here than actual Turians.

Same shit, different day..
