Encrypted Message to user LightsSeparatist problem? What are you exactly up to there, operative?

Myself here, I'm less than pleased to report that my "cell" barely worth the title. I was a handler for a front company, and I now command what is left of it. The remaining staff are unaware of my connections and we honestly cannot afford to silence any loose ends if I came out. We're struggling to stay on the surface daily and that is before Titan notices their subsidiary is still functional and starts to do the corporate efficiency bullshit theater.

At least Blitz's ops can support us with funds. It's not easy here in Horsehead with the god damn fuel cartels driving prices up, I'm considering to get our gas outside the cluster at this rate.

Private message to Saren Tentigus God damn it was that close? I owe you one now. Do you have any hints on how to go talk to my CO and explain my PoV to him without giving away my knowledge of files I shouldn't know? They seem to believe I'm separatist in the makings, and while I sympathize with the Sundowners as they've saved my and Aira's lifes many times, I'm still loyal to the Hierarchy. They are my friends (the clan here on Citadel, they obey the laws and wish to get along without fighting), and I'd like to believe I am doing a service to both parties as the man between. Proving to Sundowners not all Hierarchy want them dead, and I'd alert Hierarchy on any alarming developments from the insider angle.

Greatest understanding comes from getting close to the opposing side and hearing them out, that's what I go by. I've bled and fought alongside both sides in this conflict. I can't right centuries worth of wrongs from Hierarchy or separatists, but I want to believe I'm doing my part to mending the rift between the two, and I have the advantage of having that baggage of guilt from either groups.

What goes for Aira, it was my decision to put her in public school opposed to NC. She lost her parents in the war and it hurt her deep. She doesn't take kindly to abrupt changes and doesn't trust easily, so I figured I'd put her in the same school where the kids at Touch went to for retaining familiar faces in new environment. But Hierarchy forced my hand, and she knows it was them who did it. At this point I fear she'll grow to hate Hierarchy on her own if they keep up taking things precious to her, and that is not a fate I wish on her. It's a cycle that feeds itself, she resents the authorities, they punish by denying her from more familiar elements, she gets more hateful...I don't want that. I wish they could understand that at the nursery.
