While Xees seemed still a bit zoned out and that diplomat was going on and on over politics she had no dea off, Sugar noted the respirator guy over the young turian’s shoulder. While unusual, she seen weirder getups in clubs. Just when was about to rest a hand on the turian’s leg to calm him, the human came closer and spoke up. And made a kind of awkwardly worded compliment on their cloths.
“Yep, that’s us. Thanks for the compliment, nice equipment you have there yourself!” she smiled, showing all her pearl white teeth, greeting with the glass. “I am sure Bintar won’t mind, they are here to be consumed.” She made quick eye contact with the batarian. “Please, sit, I am Sugar. On the boards and basically everywhere else too, what’s your name?” |

"Not only do I not mind my good sir, I encourage you to try them", said Bintar. He passed one to the man with a wide smile, and a hint of pride. "Please tell me what you think."
He leaned back, curious to see what was under that respirator. |

"Oh, this is the CDN table, good! Good." He shook Harkoul's hand - perhaps a bit too tightly - and a smiled showed in his eyes. "Ah, Baram Har-rok, what wonderful name. Harkoul, yes, i've seem you on the boards from time to time." He looked at the next person to raise their voice - a human female by the name of Sugar - and continued his hidden smile in response to her shining one.
"Sugar, splendid to meet you! It's always nice to meet new people. Oh, of course. I am Slythe Arkady, known as Deep Red on the boards." He made a little gesture with his hand. "Has a little wineglass as the avatar. In person, I prefer to be called Mr. Arkady, though." He looked around at the scenery of the nightclub, his smile fading, although one would only be able to tell if they paid close attention to the details of his eyes and face.. "My business usually doesn't bring me to Omega - the factions are far too powerful for a stand-alone merchant such as I to ever keep all of my profits - but I saw a thread on the extranet forum and, well, I was so curious. And I am far from disappointed. What a delightful little group you have here." He clasped his hands together and looked at the generous Batarian, who he could only assume had made the foods, offer him one. "Oh, thank you so much! I'm sure it tastes delicious." He took one of the cupcakes and put it into a pocket of his coat, covering the pocket's inside with a mess. Now smiling a hidden, gentle and warm smile to the others, he spoke calmly and pleasantly. "So...What has everyone been speaking of today? I heard talk of A.I's and exiles. How interesting!" |

Baram watched the newcomer with interest. The odd way he spoke and the way that he hid his face were suspicious. But he wasn't here for that. He had to raise his eyebrow, so to speak, at the fact that he deposited the pastry directly into his pocket.
"We have been talking about AI's and exiles, yes.." He looked over at the 'quarian' "Speaking of.. I do have a question for you. I didn't realize the quarians were still practicing exile since they returned to Rannoch. You would have both had to have been on Rannoch to sign up for the suitrider program, would you not?" |

After a bit of silently observing the happenings around the table, the geth/quarian saw fit to speak again.
"Greetings, Mr. Arkady." and then quick turn of a head to address Baram. "I was exiled prior to the reclamation of Rannoch. I expect them to turn me away if I returned, or worse. As for why Flash of Light is riding my suit, it approached me first." "The suitrider program on Rannoch exists to enable creators to indicate their interest in hosting a geth inside their envirosuit's systems. Enrollment into hosting outside the homeworld is not required, and Yulti'Sano would have been placed into danger had he gone to Tikkun."
