To all the people proclaiming moral outrage over this: The Life Egregious lost all pretense to being a "reality show" when a nonexistent Alliance cruiser was thrown into the sun in the second episode. I'm not seeing any reason to assume the cast's antics on this... thing are any less fictional.
I mean, if you still want to get morally outraged, go ahead. But it's just fiction. (If you want to get outraged from a critical perspective, on the other hand, I'm all for it. The original TLE was actually entertaining in a dark sort of way; this is just a mixture of inept meme-forcing and disturbingly-catchy advertising). |
