The Widowmaker (Closed)

Lately it seemed that, despite his strong preference for much more "personal" weapons, the bulk of his high-value Custom models have been sniper rifles. And this particular piece was certainly no exception. The SR variant of the Terminator series of weapons, adorably (and probably appropriately) dubbed "Widowmaker" was a masterpiece of individual firearm engineering. The generic "Black Widowmakers" were already refined weapons that were easy to carry and could theoretically thread needles at a kilometer away, but there was only one grey one. Dubbed "The Lady", it was quite possibly peerless among its kind. Its design combined all of the ultralight, low-recoil ease of "The Kingmaker" with the unprecedented stopping power of the otherwise clunky "Black Widow" series it was based off of. Additionally, to further suit its intended owner, it was also manufactured with a low-profile shape and ERCS's new 'stealth-fire' tactical management system. Naturally, it was ungodly expensive, especially for an almost handmade gift (at least, near as much as a worthwhile weapon could be) and as with some RPG-style holovid games, it was the prototype for its lesser but significantly more affordable cousins.

The critical problem was that he hadn't even seen its intended user for over a year, and it's impossible to tailor something as refined as a quality sniper rifle off the memory of a person's appearance alone.

Huh. Well alright then. Sadly at the moment I am traveling to see a friend and I'm not sure when I'll be available after that, nor do I have such measurements on hand. Perhaps two weeks from now on Omega. That is what will most likely work for me.
