WavesHaveBroken This one is unsure what to place here. Greetings!
This one wonders if it might inquire as to what it should rightly do. It was working on a display board it will be placing near the ball-pool - it believes the metaphorical potentials of the ball-pool will be illuminating - and did not notice the Keeper. Now it has spilt glitter-glue on the Keeper, of the colour "neon blue". It would remove the glitter-glue, but is concerned that it will violate station law by interfering with the Keeper's activities.

May this one inquire as to correct procedure? Should it report the accident? Should it attempt to restore the Keeper to a more pristine state?

It is most contrite.

Kiddo, if it was accidental, report it to your local C-SEC branch office. The laws are in place to prevent intentional tampering with the Keepers. I've accidentally bumped one when it was wandering the halls near my .. well, Chris's apartment.

This one hopes it will not bring disrepute upon either Leaving the Ducts or its scholarly community aboard ''Greater Encompassing''.

The Keeper has left the area; this one is wondering if it should pursue...

Vigilance Ever vigilant, for they are watching.
SOP for doing something to a keeper is to report it to the nearest C-Sec guard. If it's an accident they won't charge you.

I'd usually recommend just doing nothing and watching it as it sounds damn hilarious, but it could have some sort of reaction to it and spontaneously combust or whatever keepers do when they die.

So yeah, report it to C-Sec. And if you have the chance, take a vid of it.

C-Sec mail [here], personal [here], FEMES [here]. Is that all? Can I go?

I think you're good, report it to a local officer, call me if there is trouble.
Much more importantly, did you take a picture?

I'd say just leave it. See if you can spot the Keeper with the blue glitter-glue elsewhere. Like a poor-man's tracking tag. :]

Please, do not disturb the Keepers!

Having said that, how much glue was it actually? I mean, are we talking a drop or like, a gallon?
Did the keeper react as if irritated at all?
In any case reporting to C-Sec officer is recommended in such an event.

Personally, I am sure the Keepers have means to... well, keep themselves we still don't fully comprehend.

(and yes, did you take a picture?)

Don't worry about it Laykalar. Accidents happen, just let C-Sec know, and you didn't make Leaving the Ducts look bad.

Emissary I am Raik Impera.
A most amusing situation.

As I recall, touching a keeper destroys them so there is nothing you can do it would seem.

Stagnancy, as Kherat told, is death.

I am adding my voice to choir here, do inform the authorities about it, but do not try to clean it yourself. There is some truth in the popular perceptions that keepers are quick to self-destruct.

On a personal note I wish to say that I hope you can show us some pictures, and that you forgive me for laughing loudly at your predicament when a first read your post.
