On the off-hand chance one of you were tuned onto Chresk Gaming Association's pay-per-view last night, what were your thoughts on it and on the fighters?

Personally I was disappointed to see my up-until-now champion Ag'Morn Damash blunder so spectacularly and literally lose his head in the No Rules bout against 'Two-Eye' Gendill. After so much hyping and feuding between the two over past months climax in a match like this, not to mention how much I had to part with simply buying viewing rights and betting on Ag'Morn, I cannot feel but cheated of my money. The best batarian won, that I concede, but my hopes were dashed unceremoniously. May your eyes go punctured, you betrayer of thousands! Honestly, you should have leaped at Gendill the moment she went for the swords and not stand your ground like the cocky and now dead man you are.

Even with the sour disappointment on my tongue after that, the rest of the event was passable. The Team Submission Net was a blast between Terran Thralls and Palaven Pushers (shame on you, team managers, the most unimaginative names I've heard in years) with the humans coming on top. You live to see another day without docked creature comforts!

What comes of the other matches, them I find below my immediate notice. I trust others who followed can fill in on them. As for the opening event...well, I give to the company, Horde vs. Horde was novel but towards the end of it, a pack of varrens hunting novice fighters did just not hold the thrill anymore. Such a lopsided affair.

I missed the squad tactical deathmatch this week, always interesting to see what they come up with for that one. Favorite bout recently was still Forag's last stand - nothing quite like a battlemaster holding on as long as he can. I'll probably never forget the pile of vorcha bodies he built before he went down. That kind of thing is going to get less common now, I guess, with the krogan being cured. Not so many looking for death, no more 'cure the phage' charities that need the donations, whatever.

I won 5,000 credits on that Ag'Morn Damash/Gendill fight. Swago'har strikes again.

Slight amusement: Welcome back, Your Grace. It's been a while since you've been sighted around here.

Idly: Have you reclaimed your ancestral house and title yet, or are you still on Omega?

With an air of distraction: Excuse me, I have an incoming call...
