One-Shot Rescue/Adventure thread.

Hello everyone. Vohkaidin here, here to GM a new adventure for any interested volunteers. Unlike my previous GM experience on CDN however, this will not be involving a long winded plot culminating in the defeat of an insane bad guy with a fondness for grafting metal onto their skin.

No, today's adventure will be a solitary thread taking place on Loki, the fourth planet in the Asgard system. A very chilly little world where a general distress call is emanating.

The distress call is an Alliance frequency, so naturally the Alliance will be sending a search and rescue team. Any Alliance players are welcome to be part of this team. Alternatively, the distress call was transmitted in the clear, complete with ancillary programming to use Comm Buoy's to send the message far and wide via the extranet, even in its fragmented state. (Or we could say it got on to CDN by magic, but that's a little too handwavey for me) So, if you're a non Alliance player with access to a ship and happen to be in the area, I am sure we can fix something up for you.


As with my previous GM outings, no character deaths unless permission is granted by the character's player, but injury from both minor to severe are valid possibilities, and can only be avoided (or afflicted, if pain and mutilation is your thing) by making smart roleplaying decisions...or if I'm not feeling particulary bloodthirsty.
