New storyline for a new character

Hello, I had an idea for a new story for the RP of my premier character Ethan Blank AKA the Wandering Warrior. Ok, setup is as follows:

A drell criminal has a change of heart (or the gang crosses a line he did not want to cross) and decides to get rich and free. He sends an anonymous tip to the authorities and swipes the gang's money for himself. He travels to the citadel to begin anew but learns the distressing news that not all of the former crime group was caught, and are seeking revenge. He soon figures out that they have managed to track him down and part of the remaining gang was sent to settle the score.

The drell flees to the streets and attempts to hide in the Silver Star Club. The hit squad tries to gun him down right there in full view of the patrons, but are put down by the bouncers. A few days later, the drell seeks out the help of one of the bouncers, Ethan Blank, and asks him to once and for all put an end to the criminals of his past.

That is the setup for the story. I am seeking someone to play the drell so I can get my character engaged in the story. The drell could be replaced by any criminal, or could be created by someone to fill the role. I plan to prelude the RP thread with a news story about the shoot out. If anyone wants to help me make the thread, fill free to ask, I am open to adjusting the setup of story to fit pre-existing characters if need be, but it must be on the citadel for my guy to work at all.

Sure thing, just to remind you, it doesn't have to be a drell, it can be any species you want it to be (as long is it would not be too nonsensical). I just need you to think of a background and general idea of the criminal group he/she betrays. Let me know what you come up with.

I'd be willing to play some NPC if there's need for something like that. At the club or wherever.

If duct rats are involved, Michelle can be too. I don't know about the rest of the LTD team though.

Okay, below is a bit of a IC presentation of the guy, when you're ready to do this thing just let me know... I'm going to use the 'Just A Face In The Crowd' NPC account, but if the guy sticks around I'll make a new one just for him.

Lemme tell you the joyous story of my life, born on Kahje, together with my twin brother, parents, sold the poor bugger into compact. Left with me from the place less than a month later, still didn't save them from Kepral's, serve them right, still they made sure I wasn't on Kahje when they croaked, or sold me off to the hanar too.

Anyhow, they got Axona, major terminus colony, built on iridium and Eezo mining and smuggling, at some point quarter of all the food to Omega came from the place. They croaked when I was 16, luckily I already joined the stingers by then. Which brings us to the Stingers, mostly batarians gang, but they took all, except humans, well at least while 3-eyes was running the show, once Mindi took over, things changed, I was 17 then.

She was a 70 year old asari, young by asari count, but she knew more than all of us sobs combined, nasty piece of work, she turned us into a real gang, not some 2-bit players. Loyalty was her thing, she probably had a turian father or something. Anyways, she was prepared to forgive anything, you messed up and came clean you would have make good but you wouldn't get hurt, except if ye somehow betrayed her, the gang or ye friends.

She made a show of punishing those that did betray; she could torture a guy for weeks. So yeah Stingers got real serious, real fast. Violent too, too violent for me. So when I helped the police, give them hints where to strike, what police we got in our pockets, and all the while I was a 'loyal' enforcer. Making sure the cash was kept safe.

'Course when the big bust was going to happen I made sure the cash chits where in my pocket. I left the planet on the day that the raids knocked down the doors of the warehouse we used as HQ. I often wonder what made her angrier, noticing the cops or noticing the cash was missing. Actually I bet it was when she noticed the slug in her head.

Stayed a little while on Omega. Nothing better to forget old friends by blowing some creds snorting red sand from an asari's breast while fucking her. Some call whoring pathetic, I call a great time for a 28 year old. Then Cerberus decided to ruined the party, still managed to get off station before it got totally locked down, managed slip back into C-Space, and on the Citadel. I still got the credits, well most of it.

Of course I learned I need to keep my head down a bit more, apparently not all the Stingers got caught, but I doubt they would try anything on the Citadel, nobody does that right?

@diplomatic the criminal is as good as a fit as any. My guy wouldn't be willing to help him directly, but if some other character was willing to use him as information/ any other help he could provide then Ethan would be able to tolerate him. Also, if I could get a link Michelle that would be great
