Somewhere--I keep forgetting where--I've got a picture of me at the International Plowing Match a few years ago. There was a country/folk band named The Sundowners playing the pavilion and of course I had to get a pic of THAT.
I'd built the name off of the pagan association of the west with the land of the dead because it was where the sun set, which came to mind after constructing IRA parallels with my version of a Turian separatist group and starting to mix some Celtic mythology into the blend.
