The Unoffical Absence Thread 2.0

So I've got exams coming up, and my secondary education is taking priority over CDN for that time, so I'm going to be on hiatus until exams are over...
Sorry, but this also means I will be unavailable for any threads I am involved in (none) and will be unable to GM a Reapers game.
Sorry guys. Schools gotta come first, sadly.

So I know I've been a little sparse around here lately, and that's not just because of RL anymore. Long story short, my interest in my chars and the site has ebbed away, and I've already got enough work on my plate without adding "write various military types in space" to the list.

Doesn't change the fact you're all awesome, and everyone I've had things going with, I'll be in touch over the next couple days to try and sort out where things are gonna stand with our chars. I don't want to leave anyone in the lurch, and I'm sorry it's come to this.

You're an awesome bunch, with some of the best friends I've made and a woman who's very very dear to me, and hopefully I'll be able to write with you guys again. Until then, I'll see you on the other side.

Shame to see you go, Gunny. I hope you decide to come back to us at some point; you were always fun to read and talk with on IRC.

I will be gone this weekend (2/16, 2/17), and sparse for the week following, courtesy of having to move. Internet connection shouldn't be an issue (apartment's already wired), but as I have to also go furniture shopping and then assemble said furniture (yay IKEA), time will be rather short.

This is mostly for the benefit of my Reapers players, since I'm not really actively RPing at the moment (stupid Gunny leaving my characters stuck :P), but I'm going to be pretty much out of contact from Friday (22 Feb) to midday Monday (25 Feb). A certain someone invited me to a military ball, so I'm somewhat stupidly taking a pair of 11-hour flights to spend a weekend with him. Sorry for the inconvenience, Reapers players!

I got a whole lot of school stuff going on with deadlines coming in the style of "GAAAH THIS IS DUE TOMORROW?!". Final exams are just around the corner as well. This on top of my lack of motivation with my main alt The Parkouring Turian, I'm just going to pop in and say I won't be around for somet time. In case AEGIS kicks up again drop me a pm on the old forums and I'll see if I can find the time to participate with Iceman, but Talonz will be on a timeout for the time being. He's out there, doing his duty for the Big H. :P Apologies to all (mainly HS) with whom I was in the middle of an RP thread, but it feels more like a chore and less like a hobby I'd do because it's fun. I'll be back!

Myself, I'll be absent from Saturday 23rd through Wednesday 27th, which shouldn't prove much of a problem, but if it will, give me a shout tomorrow or Friday.

Ok. I've been away for SOME time. Lots of personal she-ite I had to attend do. Like keeping the house until my mother returns from the nursing home. Things are SLOWLY going into the upright position. SLOWLY. Sometime soon, I plan to return to this lovely place, but not until I obtain some additional stability.

I know this isn't really the place for it, but hey, it's easier than setting up a whole new thread - I'm back! =)

On a related topic, though, Corona-the-character won't be back, at least not for a while. To be honest, I'm getting a bit bored of her (although if anyone's got any thread ideas that could use her, PM me!), so I'll be trying something new and throwing up a few new (well, newish) characters for at least the next little while.
