The failure at Vancouver is understandable, but it is a setback we can ill afford at this juncture. Up until this point our operations have been a resounding success, our luck had to run out eventually. We need some concrete information on other sites where we can find the needed materials. Get it from whatever sources you can, security personnel, construction workers, drivers, a hooker at the local watering hole, whatever. Make any offer to get them to talk, just be sure to clean up after yourselves (I don't need to remind you that we barely have enough credits to pay for food and fuel, avoid charity cases). Once you have the information, contact via the established protocols. Other than that have no contact with one another until instructed otherwise. Dispose of this after reading.
