Alright, then. Hopefully, the information on this OSD is what I've been told it is. Can't tell until I can get at it, but if it's what I think it is, it may very well be worth a future favor on your end.

In the mean time, I would appreciate whatever technical schematics you might have on the OSD; StateSec has produced a number of models over the years, and I would like to know if there are any special arrangements I should make for this one.

It's a series RX-42 OSD. Nothing out of the ordinary, beyond the encryption itself. Fairly standard model for information that's classified, but not too sensitive. Standard kit should do the job if you're as skilled as you claim.
