You've obviously never been to a year's-end festival on the northwestern coast of the southern continent of Sanves, then.It's meant to represent purifying oneself for the new year, starting afresh - but it mostly boils down to participants not wearing a thread of clothing all day. You don't have to go outside and expose yourself by joining in the festivities, but there's no covering yourself up if you're intending to celebrate the day.
