Spent the bulk of the year helping reconstruction efforts in East Asia... though I've also tried to restart some of the arts here.

you're working reconstruction on earth, which is about as noble a thing as you can do right now.
as for myself, various duties on or above earth. went from service chief to ops, which was nice i suppose. and we've made some damn good progress rebuilding. then there was the distinctly not-fun stuff, like when a round fired by some scared looter ricocheted into my forehead. at least it wasn't too bad, a couple weaves fixed me right up. I left the army after returning home, I managed to get passage to my home colony of Ivoraq...what's left of it anyhow. With most rebuilding being focused on the core worlds of the Confederation, it will likely be a while before Ivoraq is re-settled.
