The Unoffical Absence Thread 2.0

Hey all. Sorry I've been a bit sporadic this last week or so. My laptop is back in the shop for repairs, meaning I can only get online sporadically. I will be posting, but not too often, until my laptop is, er, "re-enkindled" successfully. And you probably won't see me on chat for a while. But I'll be back to posting regularly when I can.

I'm back a little sooner than I thought, but with very limited access time. From this point forward, I don't think I'm going to be able to handle more than three threads at the same time. With that in mind, I'm hoping to pick up three, finish them, pick up the others, finish those, and then go on from there. I'm hoping to pick them up in the next few days and resume play :) Good to be back!

Wifi was harder to come by then anticipated. My on-time is extremely limited until next Wednesday. Sorry everyone!

I am sorry this keeps happening, but my other hobby is draining a lot of my time, so I'm not sure at what points I'll be able to pop in and out to continue my work with Naaya.

I'm going to keep trying, though. Apologies to Kenec and Orion, because I know I must have kept them waiting a while, but this is just how my free time is these days.

Sorry I've been sporadic lately. Work, school, local art festival and a few other matters conspired to keep my away from my keyboard. Unfortunately this will likely remain true through next week. I will hop on when I can (seems some trouble is brewing and I'm quite fascinated by it) but it will be infrequent likely through the tenth of next month. Have fun you wonderful loose collection of disparate peoples and professions.

Just poking my head in here, given the relatively limited access to comps I have right now...

So, getting my laptop back by the end of the week, a week longer than the estimate I was given when I brought the damn thing in for repairs. With that said, however, I'll be working right through the weekend up to July 2, and then from July 3rd to the 8th I'll be in Austin, Texas for RTX (WOOOO). Sooooo, yeah, kind've busy right now, and missing CDN. :/

However, I can say that the absence up to this point has been worth it, so far as my taekwondo test was concerned, as I am now the proud owner of a broken cinderblock and a 2nd Dan black belt in taekwondo. (Huzzah!) :)

Anyways, my continued apologies for the continued delays and absence, but I should be back to a more regular presence within a couple weeks. Cheers!

Okay. I got my head shaved, I got piss ass drunk with my friends, so now I'm off to do my duty as a proud member of the Hierarc-- err, the Finnish nation. Mandatory conscription everyone! I'm off to France on Sunday, through until (I think) the Friday after - and while I doubt I'll be entirely unable to post (probably some sort of intarwubs facility at the hotel), it'll be rather more sporadic than usual).

My French vocabulary consists mainly of "deux bières, s'il vous plaît", "je suis allé au... buggrit, I've forgotten" and "DOES... ANYBODY... HERE... SPEAK... ENGLISH". I'll be fine, right? :P

So in case nobody was wondering, I'm back... ish.
Kinda dealing with a lot of shit right now, but I won't bore you with those details. Was basically absent because my old laptop decided to have a heart attack over nothing... Which for whatever reason fried the insides.
Long story short, recently got it replaced, and I'll probably maybe be coming back.
