They may be ancient but a blade is a blade and some folk get nervous when you unsheath one. But perhaps we will bump into each other and we can work something from there. It was the Katana and Wakizashi you were intrigued by yes? Ancient curved human swords. Actually they always reminded me of the Asari.

I have no fucking idea what I'm supposed to do.

After all that's happened, I've just tried to think about the future and my son's upcoming birth. Chris has come to me and has told me she wants to try again and she's trying her hardest to make amends for what she did, but the more I think of it, the more I just get a pulling sickness in the pit of my stomach. She and I have been talking, I've promised to move back into the apartment and go to couple's therapy, but I keep finding myself putting off seeing her. She tells me she's forgiven me for some heinous things.

Endangering our child is pretty heinous. She brought up the attack on her family, but I had nothing to fucking do with that.
I asked her why she didn't go to C-Sec. She told me she wasn't thinking clearly, but she went to a fucking bar to get wasted and try to absolve herself of the guilt with liquor. The more and more I think about it, the more I think that the woman I fell in love with is not the same person. I'm flip-flopping between wanting to rebuild the relationship or having bubbling anger at her for what she did and how she reacted to it and wanting to cut things off. How could she be so fucking stupid?

How could she have fucking done this to me? To our son?

What should I do?

She has the money. She has the 'stupid shit under pressure' card. I'm talking to my lawyer, but I'm coming to you for personal advice. I do it so much I might as well start paying you for your time!

I'm starting to know a lot of people in the impoverished castes, and know a lot of people who know a lot of people. If I'm telling you that it's because often on Earth when criminals want to get off planet they transit through the Citadel, go on the foundations or the crappiest levels of the wards to have things cool off, and transit back to Earth to get back to business.
If you give me some information I can mobilize people to keep an eye out for your children. It's a long shot, but I think it's worth taking.
