Biography

Physically, he's an elcor. Not much more than that - they're all pretty similar-looking. Personality wise, he's much different than the average elcor - he's boisterous, excitable, and adventurous - but he does love his homeland to the death.
Captain Dekuuna is, rather obviously, a somewhat deranged elcor. He has delusions of grandeur, and believes himself a master of all artistic and martial crafts, despite being little more than a former kids' television host. To his credit, he is a classically trained actor, and not a bad one at that. He did also serve in the Dekuuna Marine Reserve, earning the rank of Captain. After serving for a number of years, he decided to fall back on acting, and became the host/main character of Captain Dekuuna (think a mix between Captain Planet and Captain America, with cheesy nationalism and cheesy environmentalism). He takes great pride in this work - it's his Magnum Opus, even though he has done much better roles.
