Biography

In reality, Harris Dawkins (that's not his real name!) does not just run an exploration corp. He was, and still considers him to be a man fighting for betterment of Humanity, retaining the true spirit of Cerberus after it succumbed to Reaper indoctrination.

He defected from the organization and took control of the front corporation he was assigned to monitor shortly before the Reaper wars began, as the "integration" or Reaper implants began to be distributed to Cerberus personnel. Marked as a rogue agent, he and workers under him utilized the weapons stockpiled for the Coup to repel the terrorists targeting Dawkins.

Harris moved in to Roswell's new base of operations in Horsehead Nebula just in time to be cut off by the Crucible firing, and settled in with remainder of the explorer division for the Year of Isolation until Pax's relay was restored.

Now, from the remains of an ancient space station re-appropriated to serve as Roswell's new HQ, Dawkins manages both the torso of his company, and efforts to create a successor to Cerberus...
