Biography

Tobias was born in the small iridium mining colony on Volkov, the 4th planet of the Pamyat system, in the Hades Nexus. Growing up where pirate attacks were common, Tobias became interested in the weapons used to defend against boarding parties. This quickly blossomed to encompass all the myriad ways that intelligent life has devised to attack each other.
Shortly after losing losing his father to a meteorite strike, Tobias enlisted in the Alliance Navy, where he quickly stood out as a Combat Engineer, modifying his squad's weapons on the fly to fit changing battlefield conditions.
Planning to make a career out of the Navy, Tobias' plans were cut short when, in the final battle to retake Earth during the Reaper war, his left leg was blown off at the knee, resulting in a new prosthetic and a medical discharge. Nowadays, Tobias operates out of his own private corvette-turned-gunshop, the Strelok, customizing and creating weapons for clients across the galaxy (with the occasional design contract thrown in).
