Arina is originating from the Dassus region on Thessia. Her father was salarain but he was too old for her to really know him, she possesses some vids though. Her mother had passed on thirty years ago as a Matriarch of natural cause.

After her studies she entered the diplomatic corps, working with Matriarchs on various colonies and got attached to the asari embassy on the Citadel shortly after the reopening. She lives in an apartment in Kithoi Wards.

She herself had been on the asari colony Niacal during the war. She has no real fighting abilities but her connections were helpful for resistance logistics.
